- Payments
Lessons should be paid at the beginning of the phase by bank transfer to :

Communication : Full name of the student + period covered for the lessons
An invoice for the lessons can be made on request.
- Punctuality
– Try to be punctual, tardiness is not to be reported on the next lesson
– Should you arrive earlier, you’ll be ask to wait in the hallway for the previous lesson to be over.
- Canceling policy
– Cancellation policy for private lessons:
– A maximum of two lessons that would have been canceled more than 24h in advance, could be rescheduled for the phase
– Less than 24h notice, the lesson cannot be rescheduled nor refunded
– Group class are non-refundable and non-movable
– In case the teacher had canceled some lessons, remaining due lessons can be transferred to the next trimester or could be refunded if explicitly requested by the student.
