- Why a token system ?
Using a token system allows us to separate the accounting work from the corresponding lesson schedul. In other words, we’ll never have the “Is this lesson already paid for ?” problem again (hopefully).
- Practically
One token represent 15€.
The same token card can be used indiferrently for private and group classes of up to 3 students.
Token cards of 4 to 18 (-5%) tokens can be purchased in person during classes and are valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase (excluding vacation).
Groups of 4 or more are paid per period of 2 months (following the calendar of FWB).
- Payement
Payement are processed through smartphone or bank transfer, either upon receiving an email or directly during your class.
Classes should be payed for in advance, or at the latest, during the class itself.
- Punctuality
– Try to be punctual, tardiness is not to be reported on the next lesson
– Should you arrive earlier, you’ll be ask to wait in the hallway for the previous lesson to be over.
- Canceling policy
– If less than 24h notice, the lesson cannot be rescheduled nor refunded
– Group class are non-refundable after the beginning of the phase
– In case the teacher had canceled some lessons, remaining due lessons can be transferred to the next phase or could be refunded if explicitly requested by the student.
